Tang Shiuh Huei

Shiuh Huei is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He had graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University and London School of Economics, University of London respectively.

He was also awarded a scholarship from Nanyang Technological University in 2003 and had graduated with Post Graduate Diploma in Technopreneurship and Innovation (Honours), jointly offered by University of Washington and Nanyang Technological University.

Currently, Shiuh Huei is also a Certified Internal Auditor . He has more than a decade of experience in audit, taxation, accounting, corporate secretarial and consultancy engagement with both the Big Four international accounting firm and local accounting firms. Shiuh Huei has also much experience in business strategic and management engagement.

Tang Shiuh Ying

Shiuh Ying is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) . Currently, She is also a CPA member of CPA Australia . She had graduated from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and minor in Commercial Legal Studies.

She was also awarded a scholarship from Nanyang Technological University in 2005 and had graduated with Post Graduate Diploma in Technopreneurship and Innovation, jointly offered by University of Washington and Nanyang Technological University.

Shiuh Ying has close to a decade of experience in both Big Four international accounting firm as well as local accounting firm, dealing with audit and assurance, taxation, accounting and special engagement for public listed, multinational companies and small and medium enterprises in industries such as manufacturing, trading, property development, semiconductor and fund management companies.
